Domestic sewage treatment

Sewage discharged from daily life, including toilet flushing wastewater, ordinary cleaning water, and washing water. The characteristics of domestic sewage are relatively stable, turbid, dark colored, with a foul odor, slightly alkaline, generally free of toxic substances, but often containing nutrients, and a large number of bacteria (including pathogenic bacteria), viruses, and parasitic eggs. The water quality is complex and unstable, and the pH value fluctuates greatly.
The main purpose of ceramic flat membrane MBR process for treating domestic sewage is to meet the requirements of reuse water quality after treatment, and to make the wastewater resource utilization after treatment.
Due to the efficient interception effect of ceramic flat membrane components, microorganisms can be completely trapped in the bioreactor, enabling the system to maintain a high concentration of microorganisms. The ceramic flat membrane MBR process not only improves the overall removal efficiency of pollutants in the reactor, but also has good adaptability to various changes in influent load (water quality and quantity), and can stably obtain high-quality effluent water quality.
Research has shown that when using ceramic flat membrane MBR to treat domestic wastewater, the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is above 98%, and the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the effluent is below 1mg/L.
Compared with traditional treatment processes, the ceramic flat membrane MBR treatment process for domestic sewage has significantly reduced its footprint by more than 50%; Simultaneously removing BOD, TN, TP, etc., produces a small amount of residual sludge, and the effluent quality meets the standards for reclaimed water reuse; Simplified process operation, high operational reliability, and stable water quality.
