Municipal sewage treatment

Municipal sewage (urban sewage) mainly comes from households, institutions, businesses
The domestic sewage and certain industrial production wastewater discharged from urban public facilities have a large amount of wastewater with obvious diurnal and seasonal periodicity. The main pollutants in sewage include animal and vegetable oils, suspended solids, carbohydrates, proteins, surfactants, nitrogen and phosphorus compounds, microorganisms, etc.
Faced with the increasing shortage of urban water resources, our company adopts advanced MBR technology for sewage treatment and reuse. The municipal sewage is deeply treated in a ceramic flat membrane bioreactor to achieve reclaimed water reuse, and the water quality can reach the "Water Quality for Urban Sewage Reuse Landscape Environment".
Characteristics of Ceramic Plate Membrane MBR Process for Treating Municipal Wastewater
1. High removal rate of pollutants, strong resistance to sludge expansion, stable and reliable effluent quality, no suspended solids in the effluent, and can be directly used as domestic miscellaneous water;
2. The mechanical interception effect of the membrane avoids the loss of microorganisms, and the bioreactor can maintain a high sludge concentration, thereby increasing the volume load and reducing the sludge load. Moreover, the MBR process omits the secondary sedimentation tank, greatly reducing the floor area;
3. The activated sludge in the MBR aeration tank is not lost due to water production. During operation, the activated sludge will change due to changes in the concentration of organic matter entering and reach a dynamic balance, which makes the system's effluent stable and has the characteristics of withstanding impact loads;
4. The larger hydraulic circulation leads to uniform mixing of sewage, resulting in good dispersion of activated sludge and greatly increasing its specific surface area. The high dispersion of activated sludge in the MBR system is another reason for improving water treatment efficiency.
5. The membrane bioreactor is easy to integrate, achieve automatic control, and operate and manage conveniently.
