Mobile water supply technology
Publisher:adminNumber of views:
Mobile water supply technology consists of containers and their means of transportation. Install ultraviolet disinfection equipment and membrane filtration equipment inside the container. Mobile water supply equipment can be used for water treatment in Rivers and Lakes, even ponds, surface water (including water sources polluted in nuclear, biological and chemical weapons operations) that can be reached by transportation vehicles, and can also desalinate brackish water and seawater. The self-contained diesel generator set can be widely used in various base military operations, field operations, emergency rescue and disaster relief, as well as providing emergency water supply in various emergency situations

Applicable scope:

Living and drinking water for stationed troops in remote and suburban areas, as well as various sea, land, and air bases;

Rapid response, deployment, and direct drinking water for various military operations;

Water for various combat armored vehicles and tanks;

Various types of water used in battlefield hospitals;

Dealing with various emergencies and drinking water for earthquake relief;

Direct drinking water on the battlefield of biochemical weapons;

Drinking water for large-scale oil exploration, water conservancy and hydropower construction, railway and other field operations.

Raw water → Submersible pump → Flocculant dosing pump → Flocculation sedimentation tank → Pressure pump → Multi medium filter → UV sterilizer → Activated carbon filter → Precision filter → Ultrafiltration device → UV sterilizer → Water storage tank

Equipment process description 1. Flocculation sedimentation: Natural water contains various impurities such as suspended solids, colloids, and dissolved substances, causing the water to present turbidity, color, and odor. Flocculants are added to the raw water to separate the colloidal particles. Flocculation sedimentation can adsorb a portion of bacteria and dissolved substances, allowing the water to obtain preliminary clarification. The flocculant is added by a metering pump, and can be adjusted by the metering pump according to different water quality.

2. Multi media filter: The raw water contains large particles (substances over 10 microns) such as iron, magnesium, sludge, dirt, and suspended solids, which make the water source turbid and block the pipeline. To remove the above impurities, it is necessary to equip a iron and sand remover containing multiple media, also known as a deep bed filter. The first layer above the filter is activated carbon, followed by multiple layers of minerals with varying particle sizes such as garnet, manganese green sand, and gravel. When water passes through this deep bed filter, impurities are trapped inside the filter, gradually filling the entire filter very tightly, thereby reducing the water pressure passing through the filter. When the water pressure decreases, the filter needs to be backwashed. During backwashing, the medium inside the filter is cleaned and its original performance is restored. The water flow reverses upwards, causing the bed of the medium to lift upwards. Impurities attached to the medium float and are washed away. When the entire process is completed, the medium is arranged again in its original hierarchy.

3. Activated carbon: mainly used to remove chlorine or chloramine and 60-300 Daltons of substances in water, such as organic matter, inorganic matter, heat sources, pesticides, and industrial solvents, to protect the reverse osmosis membrane.

4. Precision filter: Install a filter element with a pore size of 5-20 microns inside the filter to remove suspended particles.

5. Ultrafiltration device: Ultrafiltration technology is a high-tech widely used in the fields of water purification, solution separation, concentration, and water purification and reuse. The walls of hollow fiber tubes are filled with micropores, which are expressed in terms of molecular weight that can intercept substances, with molecular weights up to several thousand to several hundred thousand. The raw water flows under pressure outside or inside the hollow fiber, forming an external pressure type and an internal pressure type, respectively. Ultrafiltration is a dynamic filtration process in which trapped substances can be reduced and eliminated with concentration, without clogging the membrane surface, and can operate continuously for a long time.
